It's senior for Captains, middle to senior for F/Os. I haven't seen the IAH bid lines. They mainly seem to stay in their own little world.

Thanks Twin Wasp.

Dojet- Congrats on the interview. Everyone that I interviewed with wore the standard buisness suit without the tie exept one. About half of us got the the pool offer and the one that wore the tie - Also got the pool offer. I think that they are looking for how well you can follow the directions they send you and they will brief you when you get there, its all points based.

Its the whole package bro. Like me, it seems like you want it bad. I would make sure they Know that. You already have the job, now you just needed to help them confirm their expectations. I think that they look for poeple to really want to be there. I wish I could give you some better advice but I am a swimmer. One more pearl - Bring a pencil makes the essay a little easier.

Go to win not to participate. Best of luck.

I tried google but ran out of patience. Anybody know the best and most economical way to get from FLL to MIA?

I looked at the tri-rail, but it seems as if there's a few complaints on reliability, as well as (non) convenience.

Thanks.

SAS Shuttle. They're great. Google for the website. I think it's like $15-20.

Can we discuss the pool a little more?? What is it based on who they call first? how many people total in the pool? When is the next class in March anyone knows??? And last, what is the avarage heads up HR will give you for a class? for example, when did the pilots in the feb. 28 class get their call?? Thanks for all your info~ have not been swiming long!

In FLL there is something called a shared ride. It cost 25 dollars and will take you directly to the Hotel in MIA. I took it a while back and it was very cheap and took about an hour. The Tri-Rail involves 2 bus rides and is a pain. I just took the test and it said I passed. Does it say this to everybody or did I really pass. I would love to be a Giant and am now hoping for an interview.

It appears that after each round of interviews the letters go out to the new candidates and then they rack and stack those folks and everyone still in the pool and call the top of the stack for the next class. I believe that they have been giving about a months notice, but keep in mind that I am just a swimmer and by no means an expert in the system!! FWIW.
