I would say just pass on Atlas. I'm more than likely within a year of upgrade, and I'm dusting off my resume. Not worth it at this point.

Sure, I'll stick to my stagnant regional airline, years away from upgrade. Right.

Sure, come here and be the one of the lowest-paid 767 or 747 drivers in the industry, with a management team that already wants to give you a CONCESSIONARY contract in times of record profits. Right.

Or better yet a 737 with frozen wages for 3 years and you can get yourself to work, hmmm no thanks.

Is there also gonna be a 767 class on the 22nd of February? I recall reading a post here a bit ago saying both aircraft would start classes on the same date, with 767 classes being smaller.

I'm not sure if you ever did a regional gig in your life but Atlas even with their current **** is MILES ahead of regionals. Even if we are grossly underpaid.

So what is your advice to a regional FO - say, at XJT - who can go to Atlas now? Stay where you are? Give me a break. How much are you making now compared to the year you left XJT? Do you think leaving XJT and moving to Atlas was a bad choice?
