Retired C17 guy here. Been with Atlas for one year now. If the PAQ instructs you to use a multiplier of 1.2 as applicable, by all means do it. I would use that "product" number on the resume also though. Keep it consistent and easy to explain in the career part of the interview. Also, don't forget to subtract out all of your "other" time before you apply the multiplier. Good Luck!!!

You won't be able to view the PAQ on your iPhone as it is a similar code as Preview on a MAC. To view the PAQ you'll need adobe reader on a MAC if that's what you use at home. In previous posts folks stated Atlas is not MAC friendly. If hired I plan to get a new Mac Laptop that will run both MAC and MS. Based on your post I may also need to find an app for my iPhone and iPad.

I agree. Should we take total time and multiply by 1.2 or do we add .2 per sortie like most of the other conversion factors out there? Just want to do it right.

I pulled up the new PAQ just out of curiosity. That is a good question. All I can say is that if you multiply 1.2, make sure you take out "other" time first and what ever number you end up with, use that on your resume as well. I will call Miami tomorrow and get clarfication on whether it's per sortie or 1.2X hours.

For what it's worth, there are plenty of us MAC users who completed the entire process last year on our iMacs and MacBooks with no problems. Don't know about iPhones and iPads, but with the latest Adobe download on the laptop and desktops, the resume and PAQ submissions seem to work just fine.

This is not the time to be fighting the Apple/PC war. Atlas is a Windows/IE operation. Yes, most stuff can be made to work on an Apple product. But like the guys who bid last month on iPads only to find out that the lines and line numbers were out of sync, you just never know.

I have worked here for 14 years. I carry an iPad. I do not do anything of importance on anything other than a Windows machine, preferably one with Office/Acrobat/IE versions that are one generation old.

It is the way it is.

Sent it. Of course when we thought they just wanted resumes I sent mine. Maybe a silly move.... Filled everything out minus the email address w a note in my email. My times increased substantially from the resume 2 days ago to the paq and resume today w military conversion. Hope I didn't screw myself :/ I guess thank goodness for the mil conversion bc it put me over on a bunch of the yes no questions and gave me over the minimums rather than slightly under. Anyone know how many are being hired or for how long. I have some mil commitments that may also hurt me, and being deployed I sent my Skype number on the paq my normal #is disconnected so I don't want them to try and call it. At least this way I can get a voicemail via Skype. Good luck everyone. Not sure where I stand :/

Has anyone been able to complete a submission with the new crew.jobs email address? I tried Monday and Tuesday only to have it kicked back. I did send one to the old crewjobs address and that did not come back.

It looks like the ENGAGE US site has been updated. It has the correct email address (without the dot) and you can now link to the Pilot PAQ.

So things seem to be progressing.

Best of luck to us all.
