I'm not sure one would go so far as to say its NOT a part of the screening process.

Besides, WIA is a job fair of sorts, and more than one male has gotten a call from attending.

Otherwise DB, or any of the other nice HR folks wouldn't waste their time showing up. Not like they need to advertise.
I guess I needed to be clearer...job fairs are not part of the "official" screening of pilot candidates, meaning that no points are likely awarded toward the final tally.

But no doubt DB and her crew remember those that attend and may place them in a special pile for consideration...

Above is pure speculation on my part...I have no inside info to support that.

Good luck.

Well thanks! I finally found a company worth being energetic and excited about. Its been a long road with many set backs, but as was once said: "Pa tras, ni para cojer impulso". Translation, never go backwards, even if its to gain momentum.

I saw the interviewees walking around the training center on their tour and it looked like mostly "tie." Only a few non tie.

After sim, we saw HR burning the resumes of everyone who wore a tie!! (only kidding)

I wore a tux and got the job. So go figure...... Wear what you are comfortable with, minimum is business casual, that's all. Just enjoy the experience, don't worry be happy, they are all nice peeps.
Yes I only work in the kitchen but I still had to go through the whole interview process.

I'll beat GVinflight to the question....
was this person from the current application window or one of the people who attended a past job fair and Atlas is now just calling them?

Aaah! See, I turn the phone off for a moment on a commute, and someone else beats me to the question. Nice job F15. But alas, the question remains!
