I take my ID to the FedEx Kinkos, tell them I want to ship interline and let them put down the information they need. I tried putting and account number once and the person scratched it out and said that only screwed the system up. So I fill out my address and where it is going and let them figure out the rest.

Boomerpilot, I suspect that as with most things in Shanghai, the FedEx office works on another planet. You might Skype FedEx and explain things. Perhaps they could either straighten out the Shanghai office or provide an alternate method. On the other hand they may say, "Atlas? Who is that?" ;-)
