The iPads are actually being delivered with the new tanker that we're getting. In fact, the whole Air Force AR course is preloaded in the iPads and will be taught in a home study course for four hours of credit. That's really all you need.

I think they are looking for people with 777 experience and the essay topic is "iPad utilization at the lowest cost possible, can it be done? What are you willing to give up for it????"
