shhhh.....talk like that will get you banned by a liberal moderator. They have no sense of humor.

I mean liberals, not moderators.

Well probably liberal moderators included.

I’d say Atlas needs to improve to come up to K4 standards.

From my understanding K4 literally has our contract + big shiny pay rates. Something we have been offered and turned down because we know we are worth way more than that.

And yet you will not be able to realize any of that "worth" for the next 2-3 years while your employer continues to sue your pilot group all while claiming the union is not negotiating in good faith.

Thanks for making my point for me, because your answer did nothing to persuade me to change my vote.

Actually they have better work rules too,can not be voluntarily extended, or suspended for requesting coffee , among other things

As was written above, the work rules are better at K4 with true home basing, perdiem from midnight of day 0, 1/2 pay for DH and travel to and from work, no extensions, ride on mechanics and other things.

The thing that gets missed when talking about money and benefits is company culture. K4 is an inefficient kind of family run organization. Because of the business model which is polar opposite of Atlas, the company and the pilots still make money. You always work the days you were supposed to, but seldom do the trips you were scheduled for, resulting in higher block times for the month. Family problems at home? You are on the next plane home. Hurricane coming to a Florida? Send 27 crews home early to get their families taken care of. Do we have issues? Of course. However, it is night and day compared to the toxic business environment that exists at Atlas. A very high percentage of our pilots like coming to work. That was true even pre-contract.

The number of pilots leaving since the new CBA is in single digits so you won't have to worry
