Scheduling is mostly concessionary? What would your neg. comm. give up? I thought QOL issues were near the top of the list...

TO all UPS pilots. READ THE TA and make up your own mind. Do not listen to all the crap on FI and other boards. Almost all the negativity is coming from the same people using different names.

Is there any provisions for extra pay for A-380, or just standard international overide only?

But beware of TOP management setting up separate and secret bankruptcy-proof accounts for themselves. That has happened elsewhere.

Yes, read the TA. Then Vote NO!! This is actually an easy choice. Very disgusted in the EB.

Yes QOL was at the top of the list. We got screwed on that deal, plain and simple. If this TA passes, productivity is increased such that I would not expect much hiring for the next 3 to 4 years or so........and thats notwithstanding the age 65 question......................Oh yeah, nevermind what we gave away in scope............the infamous 10 can limit. If we have only ten cans (more than a 727 can hold) they can farm it out domestic or international..........................Not so many months ago our Union prez said the 10 can limit if agreed to would make the skies black with contractor 737's hauling UPS volume. Now he says it s a good deal. Go figure. Its an all around bad deal if you take the time to read past the pay, and even FO pay is not on par with what FDX currently has. There is not enough pay that would make me sign off on it. Well maybe there is, but UPS aint gonna pay it.:-)

I would much rather forgo any pay raise and live under the current agreement for the forseeable future. The new deal is that bad when you study it in detail. I am quite happy with how I am getting screwed now. This TA is concessionary in everything but pay, and the pay is only a 2% raise when you take inflation into account. Its poor form for a company that makes 1 billion in profit every 3 months. It would be nice to share in a little of that sucess, but I aint holding my breath. I would even agree that any pay raise or cut be tied to the company profitability, but that aint ever gonna happen since the company is extremely profitable.

life in the big city ladies and germs..............thats just the way it is...........
