I don't think bashing current or former ABX pilots will help your cause. We could all be merging with ABX next.
On another note, a lot of the current ATI management came from CCI. But before that they were ABX. This includes DM, JV, JJ, and the new chief of scheduling (who was never at CCI).

Think what you want my friend. If your thread has just gotten to a name calling match so be it.
If our companies do merge by vote or force, it could be an interesting time for all if we keep insulting each other.
My guess is if the JCBA gets voted down, they will shutter us, or at least threaten it. We will all know in a few weeks, maybe see you on the line, or the unemployment line... Cheers

In addition, no one in planning came to the OCC (with the very limited resources we did have) and asked what reasonable payloads were out of SFB in 712AX for the quote. I did the paperwork for at least 3 flights before it ended and I can't think of a time where we didn't leave 1000s of pounds of bags behind except for the flight we had 2 PAXs.
I'll get flamed by izlanti for this and but really don't care. He can keep drinking the kool-aid if he wants. I have my opinions and these opinions were shared by others as well. Great people at a once great company with a lot of potential still left if the right changes are made. I'm very thankful for my opportunity but was slightly let down with what I saw once inside. I really hope all these issues can get worked out.

Not to get into the middle of this but that really wasn't the entire issue..... the issue is the lack of resources within ATI to do the job properly in OCC. In addition, you had "someone" come up with the amazing idea of using a 24 hour look back with METARs to get a "planned" takeoff temp for use by a flight controller on a pilot only software device. Then you're told to correct for headwinds 4+ hours before departure on the SFB flights. Yeah being 10,000+ lbs over weight b/c the company didn't want to invest in the tools makes everyone look like idiots (10,000+ lbs over actually happened at least once) leading to said delays

Cappy sounds like a wonderful place to work and a far superior airline. You guys will be better off keeping your distance from our failing company. (I'm not an ABXer BTW)

I will gladly pay ball, but I will also represent my crewmembers to the best of my ability and sometimes, that's not going to agree with managements' desires. I was elected to do a job, I was given direct orders by the crewmembers I represent through polling data, phone calls and e mails and I will do what I can do legally under the Railway Labor Act to assure MY crews' interests are represented. The ATI MEC stands united and will not be intimidated. If I have a question when I am sitting at the table, I will ask it.
The Joint Neg Committee withdrew that letter when the CO wouldn't agree to the language we needed in it to protect our crews-which will include you. The company has since reconsidered their position on said MOU. More info will be coming from the ATI MEC in the next two days when we finish the final details.
Why don't you share with us your name Mr. 757niteflyer? If you, as your chairman likes to say, don't have the balls to stand with me, I suggest you just S T F U.
For my crews, don't waste your time here responding to nonsense. You don't need to defend a thing, you know what the truth is. I can speak for the entire ATI MEC when I say we are here for you and we are PROUD to represent you. There will be a lot more info coming from us in the VERY NEAR future. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact any one of us at any time. We know this is an extremly emotional subject and we share your frustration but we will get through this together.

This is Rob "Ace" Ventura. I will not be sucked into a conversation with someone who hides behind a keyboard and types anonymous lies while trying to do nothing but **** off two pilot groups during a very sensitive, very crucial time in our lives. I will however respond to lies about me personally and I can say you are completely misinformed.
