The only surviving thing about ATI will be the name. ATSG probably wouldn't mind getting rid of that extra check they pay out to those ABX'ers. And please, If we didn't have such great on time proformance, we would've been done along time ago . We must bring something to the table. HUMMMMMMM

Not sure who you are talking too..... but the 1 DC8 that has been on the ramp the last few weeks is backup only for ATLAS 767's. ABX has been at times flying 3 recoveries a night for ATLAS and CCIA 72's. Because the scope will not allow ATI 767's...1 ATI DC8 has been positioned as backup to the backup's.

Hey guys. ALPA and ATSG management are united in a common goal. Get the merger done quickly and without trouble! After the USAir/America West debacle, ALPA needs this. We all know ATSG's motivation. Obviously, the Capital guys want to see this happen quickly too. The odd man out here is the ATI pilot group.
Management wants this to pass with a 51% majority. Any more than that and they have given away too much. Assuming that every eligble pilot at both carriers votes and all the Capital pilots vote yes, means that they only need to turn 27 (16%) of the ATI pilots. They were probably confident they could get 16% but now, it looks like they are not so sure. The next move will be to throw out some little perk that a few guys might sell out the rest for.
If this goes through, the losers will be the ATI guys who lose seniority and the ATI guys who lose jobs.

I disagree, CCIA is suppose to get a bunch of 757's, that means work for everyone. Vote yes or no either way you send a message to ATSG. Decide what message you want to send. Either way CCIA is getting more 757's. Do you want to be a part of it or try and stop it and go alone.
