With what else I wonder? I show 316CM as the only airplane that is basically available (it has already ferried to PHL). N762CX is still in MIA flying for Amerijet. I guess the two -73s could do it but I thought DHL didn't like using the ATI DC8s.

Looks like it could be a good week for ABX filling in the gaps. One of the Atlas 767s is sitting in ILN (possibly out of service) too.

Not according to our schedule...PHL...MCI..SLC... etc all in the schedule starting now. I know ABX flew PHL and MEM over New Years I have not looked at the other trips....

ATI is flying the SLC-DEN-CVG-DEN-SLC trip for a couple of weeks with N762CX. My guess is that it's because Cappy's fourth 757 isn't online yet.

Looks like its going to be 316CM to start. 762CX is still in MIA and I bet it will stay there until 05JAN when Amerijet's new schedule goes into effect.

Plus how is 762CX even allowed to be used on the domestic DHL flying?

I'll bite my tongue..... didn't catch the charter 316CM is on. I figured with the flight to PHL, it was a repo since the 727 flew PHL-CVG.

Sorry all

Scope does not allow it but....the court has to prevent it..time will tell. Its is a beautiful scope violation also helps toward single carrier case.....

Single carrier case was closed long ago. Just a matter of time until its announced. Writing is clearly on the wall by this point. ABX Air using ATI's OC for the combi operations.

Is the 1224 saying anything yet regarding 762CX? I'd assume not since the ABX furlough was postponed. Bigger fish to fry maybe?

ATI flying DHL freight in a 767 out of CVG has nothing to do with the canceled (not postponed) furlough.... according to 1224 they have been in communication with ABX.....like I said the court will sort this out...patience

I understand.... what I was getting at is has there been any statement yet to the members regarding it? Probably not yet since they've been busy with other things (furlough).
