Hum.... thanks for the update. CAM must have upgraded it from Fast/Slow to Speed Tape software before sending it to Rio as it is an old ANA airplane and all those are/is a Fast/Slow EADI aircraft.

It is still Fast/Slow with FMA's on bottom. Just like 712. It was never upgraded.

My apologies.... I just pulled out the book and you're right.

I remember now where I was getting the Speed Tape EADI from. It was in one of the SIMs we were using in MIA @ the PAN AM facility. It was the Speed Tape EADI in at least one of the simulators.

My apologies once again!

It's still shown as 791AX. It was flown up to MIA yesterday from Lima, and will repo to ILN this afternoon. It doesn't show up on our fleet status page, so no idea whether we'll operate it or not.

We brought over 362CM, 363CM, 364CM, and 365CM but operate none of them. I have the same feeling myself, especially since ABX is tapped out in regards to available 767-200 aircraft at the moment.

I was told by JV that we would operate that airplane. It was going to be used in Jakarta and as a spare due to the problems with 761.

Possible? Anything's possible. I have heard a rumor about Atlas, but to buy all of ATSG, probably unlikely. To buy perhaps ABX and what's left of ATI, or perhaps a spin-off of ATI and the combi work? Maybe more likely. All of the things we are being subjected to of late are things that happen leading to either a sale or a shut down. I don't think a shut down of ATI is likely. A sale, perhaps very likely. So if it happens and includes ABX, then DHL, with part ownership of Atlas, would have more control over their support airlines. Then they can call us Astar II.

I know Atlas was looking to buy ATI prior to ASTG purchase. May be they can get ATI cheaper now.
