As I have repeatedly said....been there, read it, done that...BUT I think it is the job of the Union to EXPLAIN new and different areas of the agreement...it's that simple and that easy....I think it is their job.. they negotiated it and they need to explain it in detail for us morons....I think that is the DUTY of the elected members of the Union...plain and simple....

How many people have to tell you that the union reps will do exactly what you are asking for if you just call them or go to the office and ask!!!!!!!!
They will not put an intrepretation of the contract in writing. We are all still suffering from the last time that was done. I don't perfectly understand all aspects of the new contract but if I have a question I will ask it.
So STOP whining and go ask questions
