Come to jesus moment
If you or anyone else has constructive feedback on what else we could still be doing right not to accomplish these things on top of what we are already doing, feel free to suggest them in a constructive way. For those that want to bash without backing up what they are saying or just make assumptions or just attack me... you are doing no good and accomplishing no change.
WOW...
Looks like you are having a
" COME TO JESUS MOMENT"
But before you are granted entrance through the pearly gates, the question may be asked...
HOW MANY OF MY MESSENGERS DID YOU SHOOT before you got the message.
So many safety reports, so many ASAP's, so many FAA enforcement violations pending, so many pilot meetings where dissatisfaction with operation was made clear, to the point where there were finally canceled for lack of attendance, people just considered those meetings, a waste of time. The last step ( after being shot ) was for all the messengers to go directly to FAA, and go public. This forum is one place to do just that. Reputation, Credibility, integrity, or lack there of, is what got us to this point. Stating known facts, is NOT company bashing.
There is NO reason to believe that all of a sudden all of this will change after the COVID19 situation passes....
Unless iAeroGroup " HELPS THEM FIND OTHER EMPLOYMENT". Remember that email. BVL, and others at the top has to go.

That was their first attempt with 300s and acft we’re not delivered in time to begin that contract. That was with swift providing the acft. 812 never came on property.
Deal now is different acft belong to DHL, so delays have been on them getting the STC FAA approved.

im still being paid with absolutely no obligation to my new company, for how long no one knows but at least I’m not sitting in a hotel for no reason
i am very surprised Swift is making it through this and management has not involuntarily furloughed, props to them. I will say leaving Swift for the company I’m with is night and day in communication.
I think communication is key whether good or bad but just stick to the facts.

Did Swift carry any extra Insurance for this eventuality?
Since they knew this could, or would happen. But still continued these HIGH RISK flights.
I Smell LAW SUITS coming.
