What are you sending to the scheduling department. I would like to know so I can send that department a larger quantity and send it more often. I want these days off at the begining or the end of my 18. This may occur once a year, you guys make it sound like it is a monthly occurrence. Please let me know who to bribe.

The disparity between experiences varies greatly. Some guys have good trips and nice schedules (relative term used loosely) and some have nothing but hellacious experiences. It has nothing to do with seniority and everything to do with luck.

When you have 12 days off and the first 4 LCAL days you're sitting at home I consider that 16 days off. No restrictions on what you can do on those LCAL days just have to be Able to return a phone call within 2 hours.

I have done more for this pilot group in the last 6 months than the ExCo himself has done since he took the seat.
I'm not here to defend myself, I'm just here to voice some of what it's really like so that heroes of justice like yourself aren't the only ones feeding a line about change for the better, yet your name is nowhere to be found on the Union Volunteer list...
