Nope. Never. Unless you think ONT, ANC or BWI are fancy.

You’ll have Guam some nice, but well off the beaten path, European layovers. But it’s just luck of the draw. Educated guess makes me think we’ll be seeing a lot of Guam overnights over the next year or so.

What’s with the rumor of an FAA guy sniffing around the training center? And wanting more failures? Sounds like a great way to boost morale, attract pilots , and keep pilots!! NOT.

Not true. The new FAA APM is just doing his job to the letter of the regulatory requirements. The battle is interpretation of those regulations, and THAT battle is between him and the company not the pilots. That being said, if a pilot’s ability or commitment is below the company or regulatory standard you might have some difficulty moving forward.

I has him in my sims 2 days in a row and nice guy, think he's all over management but was only encouraging towards us.

Omni is now in money saving mode. Offered un-paid leave to 767 crews canceled all new classes and up-grades. The top management at this company is truly clueless.
And the pilots will pay the price And it will only get worse

After sending out the letter asking for pilots to take LWOP, crew scheduling is asking for pilots to volunteer on their OFF days.

Yes- gross mismanagement during a time that other carriers are flourishing. OY chooses to go into full 2008 recession mode…
