I'm guessing there will be 0 upgrade classes in 2024... and maybe longer??
8 B-777 captains have left this year already but not a single upgrade class; and I think similar numbers on the 767 fleet.

Should those of us interested in the left seat look elsewhere or hold out hope?

Its hard to say, things change so fast in this industry, it really is a rollercoaster. Today things are down, tommorow they cant fill the left seat fast enough, or they forcefully upgrade. Who knows. Check again tommorow!

The March 25th 767 class just got downsized by a few as well. Disappointing, but everything happens for a reason.

I hope everything works out for you all and things look up in the near future. Cheers
