No word on additional aircraft yet...but several sources claim "substantial" growth ahead with more hiring and upgrades in 2013. Something is brewing, enough to keep me interested and the suspense alive. There are lots of ACMI carriers in the hurt locker but the big O seems to be clippin' along.

Are they still saying more triples are on the way? I heard that the entire time I was there from my first day of ground school until the day I quit.

Interesting...there's a couple of us in the pool, and one on line for over a year, and another that left for VA. But last I heard, a couple former Comair CP-types were in the most recent class in what, October? Guess flying the office wasn't much help?? Hope they get through, though!
Comair had a pretty good training department. Ground School was quite comprehensive and thorough. Does Omni have some of the training done CBT self-study style? That may be where people trip up. Several OH'ers have made successful transitions to the heavies over at Atlas, Kalitta, Southern, etc...
