but so far the company is providing jobs , and I hope the company keeps growing, to keep more people employed, and instead of being negative, you should be glad that some one decided to reopen the company. And as long as I get pay, and base in Miami I will be happy.
Just what is the pay at EAL?

No one at Atlas is making guarantee unless they choose to or they are working 13 or less days a month or they call in sick.

Rig 4.85 hours a day (actually 1:4.95).

Thanks PotatoChip but I see what VF32tomcat is trying to say.
No, he is not right. Out of ten examples given, only ONE, fifth year CA is higher. You can't just discard the other nine examples and say, "See?! He's right."

Same thing with Spirit, the majority of the pay scale is higher there. You can cherry pick one number. And like has been mentioned, no one is even on those pay scales yet...

Yes , we have the fourth airplane on property and the fifth should be on sight in January, also the company updated the B737 order from 10 B737NG to 20 B737-Max. And the first out of 10 simulator should arrive Miami in February. The company also plans to have 12 airplanes by the end of 2016.

Are they planning on having scheduled routes or are they planning on continuing with the charter gigs? That's a lot of planes to just being doing charters. Id love to get back home to south Florida and work with this start up but ill wait till they have some scheduled passenger service. Good luck to those who get hired sounds exciting!

Can anybody actually working there give a little summary of how they feel about the company thus far?

10 737 Simulators?...Does AA even have that many of the type?.. are they being deployed in the airlines own facility or is this a relationship with an established 142 facility?...

Just seems a bit irresponsible to buy 10 training devices before the airline fleet justify the need...
