The week of Thanksgiving. If voted in, would be effective beginning of December. Looks like it will be a pretty close vote...

Will the TA have any effect on the new hire classes for Nov and Dec?

Haven't heard anything along those lines.

The TA is very, very little improvement over what we currently have (or do not have), you can see the summary a few pages back. Even if it passes, and I think that's a big if, both Capts and FOs will still be bailing for other places.

I want some of what you're smoking. Have you even read the TA? You like flying 7 or 8 legs per day? Doing stand-ups with the last day counting as one of your few off days? You currently have nothing, you're right about that. I think you have no idea what you would be getting out of this deal compared to the way you are treated now. The CommutAir TA youtube video suits pilots like you who don't have the first clue about what you can reasonably expect in a first contract. Its easy to sit back and want more when you probably haven't even been at CommutAir long enough to know what kind of crap they can inflict on you. Go ahead, vote for management.

Easy for you to say. When your TA goes down you get to go back to the current contract. CommutAir has no contract at all. The company gets to keep total control. And what good times they are.

We had been without a contract for 5 plus years when we voted down our first TA, whether it was the best choice or not depends on who you talk to.

Maybe you were on our negotiating committee and haven't been on the line in months? Whether this will pass is totally up in the air, and regardless of which way it goes it's going to be quite close.

Been through the CLE crew room today? "Vote no" signs everywhere (unless the MEC got them removed). Put up by Captains, not FOs.

Nobody expected industry leading, not from this company. We also didn't expect a contract not worth the paper it was on...and we got it digitally...

Vote how you want, but please don't pretend this TA has massive support behind it and I'm an idiot for putting what it is out here for everyone to see and laugh.
