Why does a reliable 24 (or 48) new hires a year strike them as a BETTER deal than all they might wish to hire?

I think they realize we were sending less than that, they figure if they have a no hassle process guys that were holding out will otherwise just say "ohhhh okayyyy, I guess I'll take the flow to frontier." They think they'll get more with the flow than without.Originally Posted by Excargodog

I wonder how fast down the list it will go. CAs without a full year, FOs without 2 years, those who don't want to go, bypasses who won't accept the flow just yet...

I think CAs who have no ambition for LCA and already have 1000 PIC MIGHT take it. I think the few super senior who are close to retirement will obviously not. I think jr CAs and senior FOs bypass first round.Originally Posted by Taco280AI

I have to wonder - do we really HAVE FOs with two years seniority? Can’t be many. A few RATPs lacking company mins maybe....?Originally Posted by MuPpET

TSA's agreement is 2-4 a month. TSA hasn't been anywhere near an appropriate staffing level so they have only flowed 2 a month.
FlyingKat, I'm guessing you are a TSA pilot? If so, just curious, since the new F9 TA, how low on the seniority list has the flow gone for you guys?

The most senior FO we have is 8.5yrs, not sure if the Chief will recommend him though. Have a few close to 3 yrs, bet most of them want to upgrade to a line, which they probably still can’t.Originally Posted by Excargodog
