Who knows. All that I know is the current contract is up in Summer of 2021. I don't have any other information beyond that. As we all saw from our DL contract expiring Summer of 20', the draw down started months prior so that all the aircraft are off property at the expiration.

Compass pilots say the contract is up "xxxx". Envoy pilots say the contract is up "xxxx". The truth is that Joe Line Pilot doesn't know when the AA Compass contract is up. If anyone would like to post a hard source that isn't hearsay...then by all means. But the details of such aren't publicly published.
Never say never but the Moxy/Breeze thing is today and has been for a long time, never a plausible future for Compass. I really hope people aren’t investing themselves into the idea that this will happen because, unless something drastically has or will change, that carrier will start as a non-union entity. Which speaks volumes as to why they located their HQ in SLC

It’s always been two automatic renewals based on performance till 2024....one next year and one in 2022...the AA jets if nothing changes will be around that long unless another player comes in who wants CZ to just fly for them (United). I will not cite my sources but those are facts that many have heard going through upgrade CELL training in prior years directly from the DO’s and CP’s mouth

You literally proved his point with “I won’t site my sources”. People don’t believe folks who just spew that’s “fact”, but can’t support.
Also, say what we want about a buy out and being hopeful, but the company hasn’t been working with the contract committee (per a convo with someone on the committee) to work out any kinks like it would normally happen. So if they did go that route, it’s going to be painful.
