True.. But briefing the lateral mode is what I'm proposing in the new 'lard' brief.

As you said, no update since August, upgrades on hold, check airmen training on hold, are all bad signs. You may consider applying to another regional airline at this point, unless you believe you are qualified otherwise.

I just don’t understand why anyone would willingly go to a regional when majors and LCC’s are in DESPERATE need of pilots.

Agreed ^^^

However, probably boils down to people being unable or unwilling to take a pay cut unless they’re going to their “dream” destination. Or unwilling to give up QOL and move. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

Whoever says you should not go below green dot is full of it.

Flaps full, 74000lbs, stall prot ice speeds. Boom, you are below green dot.

Yeah, add it to the list of things this place does stupidly. CP never understood the 175 and now, in its twilight years...looks like they never will. Many brave souls, tried to make changes but... we all know how well that went.
