Lol.. Nobody is struggling to leave behind Cpz for United or Delta or Spirit for that matter. That being said, it may be advantageous for some to milk the last bit of flying to hit certain flight time benchmarks to get to certain airlines before bailing for whatever other opportunities they can easily get.

The last thing we need from the amateur Economists, Lawyers, CPAs, and Career Consultants on APC is advice to consider leaving Compass. We're at a regional so.... obviously.

Little quiet around here. I have to say to anyone considering Compass, don't. Used to be optimistic, but reality set in.

I am still frankly puzzled. We are way over staffed and growing more so despite the hefty attrition, yet no notice of furloughs. I can’t believe they are keeping people employed out of the goodness of their hearts because this is - after all - TSH.

I have to think they actually do hope to get additional flying although whether or not they are competent enough to pull it off is anyone’s guess.

Or just don't the reputation to be the only airline currently furloughing for if they get additional flying later.

Accumulator for GoJet staffing? They know attrition will spike with no announcement. And the time it took from August 6th to now for applications/interview/class date.??? Were starting to see a spike in Compass pilots at my regional, started with the last class..
