Good to know you prefer people should not know the truth about what we are deciding. Pretty sad and pathetic you spend your posts not addressing the lies and misconceptions put on here about what our pilot group is deciding.

I did read the info..hence why I am responding to it.
Like what was stated before, and no further examples were given by you aside from these; a red eye, ferry flight, or deadhead in the middle of the night...These are the only things that would have a need for adtg, since you yourself said highspeeds were exempt. there are no red eyes we operate, and most ferry flights and dhs do not go into a 2nd day (of course there are eceptions). I still don't see how adtg benefits the majority.of the flying we do within one calendar day.

Red eyes, ferry flights, and deadheads in the middle of the night are the only examples where we can make 4:00 on 2 day trip and 8:00 on a 3 day trip.
I have said it all along it wasn't a min day option, yet for the longest time you all kept saying it was. I have no motive other than making sure people understand that.

The key here is if you have any duty period go into the next calendar day, it wipes out that option. The adtg however, would protect you from that.
You just need to decide if you would rather have a 4:45 adtg or 4:00 credit to add on to a trip with an entire day without duty, while running the risk of not getting it if one duty period went past 11:59 PM (This does happen).

We get a minimum of 4:00 of pay/credit for each duty period. With the adtg we also get a minimum of 4:45 of pay/credit for each day. If we drop the adtg, we will get an extra 4:00 pay/credit if we have an entire calendar day without duty.

Many of us remember the old contract where plenty of 10:30 4-days were built. We were understaffed back then also.

I was simply referring to the examples he is talking about in relation to ADTG that occur very rarely in our operation, and .5 would be 50%

Either way, you're both arguing like school girls about extreme cases. The goal is to help out the largest amount of pilots on the list. Let the MEC know you thoughts, and accept the result. The survey taken before negotiations was clear that the pilot group wanted a trip/duty rig or min day credit. They have given us that, one way or the other.
Try to be happy you're not at some other regionals that are shrinking and have no movement. Our problems pale in comparison to others.

Just to clarify though, the trip would have to be originally built to run after midnight to not get the 4 extra hours. If we decide on Credit for a calander day off that credit would be built into the trip and would be pay protected if say the flight ran late for maintenance or weather. You're making it sound a little like if you run late past midnight you'd lose pay. That's not the case though.
The whole point I am trying to make is that we do not get a min day option if we drop the adtg, so there are circumstances that we can see 4:00 2 days and 8:00 3 days.
People need to be clear on their understanding of this, because non-CDO trips will be made with duty periods that cross into more than 1 calendar day. I just don't want to see people act surprised when 8:00 3 days or 12:00 4 days when they show up on the bid packet or open time. The fact it took so many of you to come around to this idea, that it isn't a min day option, shows that there is a large misconception on what we are deciding.
