Are you guys having any other guys leave for the majors (other than Delta)? Curious if the trend elsewhere happens at Compass.

Going back to the OP's post, I don't think it's on par per say with what other regionals are seeing, because the single biggest factor here is that a majority of people outside the flow came to CZ as FO's from previous 121 carriers and are trying to get experience in the left seat to make them marketable to a major, after the flow is done and maybe even this fall I would think it would pick up to what every other regional is seeing...

The world reads these boards or so we like to think- so please be careful about posting security info here.

But I agree, as retirements and hiring increase and people get PIC or LCA qualifications, I think its safe to say our attrition will be to a variety of airlines rather than just Delta.

For one - I'm glad to see this forum got off the min day drama...
For those of you coming to Compass - first and foremost, welcome. Don't get caught up in the numbers and algorithms of when you'll upgrade...as no one can predict industry variables. We have a lot of things going for us: flows, AA flying, attrition...but most importantly, we have good people. The flying here is probably the best you'll have (not saying routes, but people)...so my advice is to enjoy the time you have, build on the people you're flying with and you'll be right around the corner for upgrade before you know it.
I have talked to captains who HAVE the flow have job offers with UAL and have left...seniority is everything.

For those just finishing training, What was the schedule like from finishing sims to IOE to getting a build up line/rsv in LAX?
