Here you can look at interview gouge from both Compass and Delta. Don't go back too far on the Compass gouge as it changed and moved away from the ATP to the Delta Knowledge Test. Work out every question posted and you will be glad you did. You'll see that the knowledge test is heavy with high-altitude aerodynamics. Good luck!

Hey guys. So I know on orientation day we'll be in CASS and KCM, but when will be in the Delta system to list for flights? How about your parents?

Its usually 3-4 business days from when you add them into the system. Once you get your login information on the first day, go add them right away. I think it was 2 business days when I saw everyone populate on the DeltaNet system.

Also, no displacements (negative vacancies). Should open up some spots back east for FO's. The curious thing is they haven't subtracted any flows from the staffing numbers. 20 leave property at the beginning of April and 20 more beginning of May.

I was kind of thinking this too... Maybe this means they do not plan on back filling the first couple flows? I really wish we knew how small MSP will shrink and how much longer DTW will be around... How you plan a life with this job is beyond me

Can someone post the current payscale at Compass? Not completely sure but I didn't think the payscale reflected on the APC profile of Compass was accurate. Thanks in advance

I recently flew with a CA in the first "flow" group and he told me they have a class starting on March 3rd, so 20 in March. I heard something about the second group of 20 was pushed to 90 days, but not sure about that.
