If that's true...sweet! I know SKW was slated for those routes first, but things always change, always.

Ugh, the return leaves at 140am. Also, half of the shuttle is going to the 717. Probably going to move some of the LAX pilots up to SEA.

Loaded into DLNet already. Leaves SEA around 10pm with a 1am arrival, turns back for SEA at like 2am, landing at 6am.

Wow, no kidding. I wonder if SEA will actually happen now?

Hopefully not, but they don't care what I think.

Through the grapevine, Seattle isnt likely due to FDP issues...having two West Coast bases restricts the company when it comes to duty limitations going eastbound

MSP FSDO hasn't approved this yet, we are also looking at having Sitka and Juneau added to the operation but would require having an RNP program (something that is being worked on but the Ipad is front and center right now)...We currently have RNP .3 capabilities, QX and ASA have .1...DL would have to fork over a significant amount of money for equipment on our planes...I'll believe it when I see it...PAFA and more specifically Alaska flying opens up a whole new can of worms for CPZ

This is the type of flying I was trying to make all of you aware of when we decided what compensation method we chose.

Since the duty day will cross into 2 calendar days, we could see trips that average less than 4:00/day.

When we decided to drop the adtg method, our new compensation, per our LOA's will be... "4 hours pay and credit for each calendar day away from base with no duty assigned".

Day 1: LAX-SEA 4:00 min duty
Day 2 SEA-FAI duty continues to day 3
Day 3 FAI-SEA 7:10 block time
Day 4 SEA-LAX 4:00 min duty
Total pay: 15:10
adtg pay: 19:00

Thankfully FAI is at least a 3:30 flight, but just keep this in mind if you see 4 days with only 3 duty periods and the pay is less than 16:00 (4:00/day average).

The second I read the post about the FAI flying, I knew this post would shortly follow.
