Three computerized tests (Cognitive skills, personality, job knowledge). Look up the gouges online, not too bad if you study a bit. Pass those and go on to the panel interview, mostly TMAAT and WWYD questions. I had two line pilots and an HR rep. They fly you in and pay for a hotel the night before.

Just some advice for those of you guys that are about to start or are currently doing the CBT - they'll say you'll get through it in 25-30 hours, which is roughly a week doing 4 hours of work per day.
Plan on at least 60-80 hours. 80 hours if you actually want to take notes to retain some of the info, which is extensive. |
