Is anyone here commuting SLC to LAX? Are there a lot of flights available? Are there a bunch of guys making the commute?

Passrider.com shows 13 directs per weekday over a few airlines. Doesn't look too bad. I don't do the commute but i know dl has bene full on that route when I've considered 2 legging it.

I flew with someone who does it and said it was very difficult. Hub to hub is never a good idea.

I can imagine due to passenger loads not jumpseaters. Lax and slc almost have identical aircraft bases for Delta.

Year one is more like $25.54 and will be $25.86 on 1 Jan. It's in the contract, that can be found here:

APC isn't always accurate, nor is Aero crew news.

Any idea if there are a lot of guys making that trip? I'm sure there are quite a few SkyWest pilots wanting to live in SLC and are commuting to their LAX base as well. Does Compass have flights direct between the two bases that would be schedule-able via their 10 day jumpseat policy?

Allegiant flies from Provo, Utah to LAX, has anyone had any experience jumpseating with them? Their flights aren't often enough to use everytime, but just curious.
