According to the example in the LOA, it looks like $41 1st year pay then a 2% increase second year pay to $41.80 ish and a 3rd year pay of $44.28 ish. Haven't done the math for 4th year pay.

So only 1250 bucks got paid to you while going through the program or does that include cfi-ing with them too?

CFIs only, not students. I enrolled around 800 tt and I'm still getting tuition reimbursement checks.

Definitely a step in the right direction, but still a reactive measure that I don't think is the best selling point to a new hire. I think the PHX base puts more butts in class than 41/hr first year does... not that I'm complaining like I said, it's a trend in the right direction and more good news to go along with all the other great news we've had the last few months.
Agreed. However, I'm still wondering when another vacancy bid is going to come out cause it has now been over a month since the last one....
