For those of you that use commuter hotels, Compass is now using a different booking method behind the scenes. It might be worth while to re verify that rooms that have previously been reserved have been re-booked under the new system. The old confirmation numbers mean nothing. Being able to say "I am ******* reservation number 12" no longer produces the desired effect because,
"They changed, we can't do that no more."

so with the pay bump to 41, that pretty much kills the high 40's low 50's rumor I assume?

uhhhhh, non-existent. Why would they raise CA pay? They know we're all leaving when we can. A couple dollar raise while nice for us, won't keep us here. No need to raise it for us since they already got us.

Also got a kick out of the memo when Bob says they looked at "a number of pilot incentive options" including the hiring bonus that the company isn't allowed to do, lol.

But congrats to the FOs here who are getting a pay raise! Hopefully this means new hire classes will be full so the company can upgrade more captains if that's what they were really concerned about with upgrading "6-9/month".

Word is they could raise it to 41 without negotiations and voting anything else requires it. So this was the quickest thing they could do without that. This what I heard
