You could also refer 10 pilots in one calendar year and make $100,000 which is almost triple what you'd make as an FO. Shouldn't be too hard if you put a little effort and become your own recruiter

Have a feeling there r some serious strings attached to this 10k signing bonus. It's not gonna be like the current one for only 1500 bucks

The FO rate increase was in the LOA...we aren't looking for CA's just FO's...

I haven't seen that but I've stated publicly a couple of times I'd eat a sock if we get a HA flow.

It'll probably have lots of strings attached, but it sends a message loud and clear to us... they can afford to pay more.

Instead of paying current pilots 10k per person they recommend, Compass could pay each new hire about 7 bucks an hour more, or about $48/ hour.

Unless it's a lump sum of 10k, they're likely betting on the recommending pilot not collecting all of it (leaving before the residual balance is paid).

Well Id hate to break it to you but something is in the works with HA. So as crazy as it sounds there's some truth to the Hawaiian rumor. Probably something similar to what Go Jet got with Spirit
