Ya but with all the unsatisfied grievances, I don't think the company wants to enter into any sort of negotiating.

Finally a new vacancy comes out! Very disappointed in the fact that here will only be a total of 12 upgrades for sept. This is nowhere near enough!

So new pay rates as a 3rd year FO who credits around 100 hours plus per diem vs a reserve captain with a crashpad and very little per diem. About the same. The senior FO will more than likely have more days off with schedule flexibilty.

Will we see more people bypassing? This is mostly directed at commuters.

I was using the 44 and change number posted earlier. I haven't verified so it could be wrong. Reserve captain will still make slightly more, but it's very close assuming both are commuters, you include per diem/lack of per diem, and you are willing to pick up a 3/4 day as the FO.

Rumor control:

PHX base - confirmed true
Higher FO pay - confirmed true

Mokulelele-Compass-Hawaiian flow - just saying.

(Also: didn't someone say they'll eat their hat before the company raises pay?)
