I typed it into a search engine, got the result in .00012 seconds. but, I will save you the effort
“So if the scientists say shut it down?” asked ABC’s David Muir. Biden responded, “I would shut it down, I would listen to the scientists.” Biden’s commitment begs a series of questions, chief among which is, how would he even do that?

One of the issues that I have not seen addressed or really mentioned here is that a comparison of countries to see who is doing better is likely a waste of time. While it appears to be an apples to apples comparison, different countries manage and classify data in different ways. Unless all countries being compared collect and classify data in the same way, any comparison is meaningless. Further complicating this issue is that countries use different tests.

Since there is no standard way of recording this information that all countries use, any comparison between countries would be apples to oranges. This makes raw numbers and per capita numbers useless.

You could compare changes within a country to other countries, in the sense that cases are going up or down vs another country. This assumes that internally those countries have not adjusted how they collect and classify the information, or if they did that they corrected the old data to the new standards being used. This would at least work to eliminate the discrepancy in how the data is managed by different countries.

Another potential indicator is excess deaths, assuming the country has fairly accurate predictions for the amount of deaths, excess death comparisons could shed more light on what, if anything, is working.

I don’t have patience for idiots who actually think he would have the power to do that. He only said that to pay lip service to the Karens out there and pander for their votes. I’ll say it again, if the federal government had the power to do this the leading story on every news show would be why Trump refused to exercise his omnipotent federal power to shut down the country. He can’t because that power doesn’t exist. What’s worse is people actually are begging him to do it. That should scare every American to their core.

Just because he does not have the legal authority to do it, does not mean that he won’t do it. Many of our “leaders” are of the opinion that they can do as they please, and if they exceed their authority you can sue to have them stop.

Keep reaching for grave, GF. You'll get there eventually.
News Flash, so will you.

Compare total deaths (all causes) in 2018 and 2019 with the current total deaths (so far) in 2020... the US is on track to match the previous two years even with CV19. Less people are dying of cardiovascular disease, cancer and influenza ... better overall healthcare this year or CV19 death tracking f’d up?

Quote me where I said I thought he had the power. You asked to show where he said such a thing and were shown. Of course since you were wrong you are now moving the goalposts. Typical.
