You know we've been conditioned for too long that flying has to be hard.

It's okay to fly an airplane that when hand flying you forget the AP is OFF and start to cuss at it for not following the FCU commands because it just stays smooth and still.

It's okay to like every landing.

it's okay to

get ebola for flying it.

And to go blind.

And impotent to where blue pills dont help.

And to die early.

The damn thing is a death trap. The french and germans have been bombing us since pearl harbor and they've finally figured out how to do us in. ####.

Lol right, comfort trumps so much! I love when Boeing guys pound their chest about how they actually "fly the plane." If you want to really fly a plane, go buy yourself a tailwheel and be a real pilot.

Yep. That's the plan. Turbo 210 and a citabria keeps me plenty honest as is.

I think there are enough SLC 220 people itching to go to SEA that even the plug is going to keep SLC if they want it.

Bring em on!! The 737 is a colossal POS. The 320 training planner wont answer my emails anymore bugging him about my 320 training date. I can’t wait to get out of the 60s and into the mid 80s

I'll agree with you on this one. 😊

"They" say the A350 is going to replace the B777 in LAX (surprised Delta legal didn't have them do it on this AE 🙄&#128513. I guess they will get PVG back, and (possibly) HND and ICN to get you to the three magical departures. (Not sure how SYD is covered afterwards based on current A350 capabilities and SYD alternate requirements). That being said, ATL seems like a good bet too seeing as it will have three daily departures based on the current ICN and NRT (soon to be HND) departures plus the upcoming AMS departure. Not sure if the additional 6 jets jets will support flying from 3 bases though.

The latest A350 deliveries are a higher gross weight option from what I understand and they are SYD capable frames.

Can I have the crystal ball you are looking in for that August 2020 bid?

Welcome aboard!

3513 did get a bump in GW but it was only 11,000 lbs. Not sure that makes them SYD capable.

Smeltzer has been saying when they open SEA that SLC 220 will shrink back down to under 100. He also said it would never be over 85 and that SLC would not ever see a 330 base as well so..........

Lots of 320’s coming and heading west. Be easy to get to SLC on the 320 in the next year.
