This site seems to confirm 1607-1613 are the same model 'C36Y172' whatever that means.

Can only comment on what my experience was which is a data point of 1.
There were a couple straight out of military guys that needed some ET around that time but they all got on the line no problem.
The guys who said such to me thought it was tough to learn two airplanes while learning Delta procedures.
I didn't have an issue, but I spent most if my pre Delta Navy and Civil flying being multiple qualified. 60s and C12s, King Air and JetRanger, T44 and T34 etc.

parking them in lieu of a few other airplanes...the gulf air birds are going to charters instead of being parked so it's still a net loss but doesnt sting as much.

those airplanes will be parked when they come up for heavy checks. Not sure when that is but I don’t think it’s imminent nor will it be all at once.

True, would be nice to have a schedule of when that might occur. Time to make some friends in maintenance. For those of us west coast ER types the flying is going downhill, not commuting to NYC again though.
