A question,
If children under 15 are less likely to either A. contract the illness, or B. have symptoms so mild as to avoid diagnosis, does it mean they are not a carrier?
I mean this as an honest question. If they can have the virus and be a carrier while showing no/minimum symptoms could this be even more problematic?
I do not know enough about how this spreads to have even a moderately intelligent understanding of the risks.

Interesting, I just saw that.
As a practical matter, if (!) crews have to "self quarantine" for 2 weeks after returning from either China or Italy, that would explain why flights are no longer feasible, even if the chances for contagion are slight.

1) get the virus
2) spread the virus
3) have minimal symptoms (cough/sneeze a little for a day)
