And before I get dogpiled - “but it’s better than caving in and giving concessions!!!!!”
There. Saved a lot of people the trouble of typing it.

Or do you have evidence to the contrary?

You must be like the ostrich with their head in the sand. The company has been the do nothing part of this relationship. And yes no to concessions. Not before all this went down and definitely not now after they have done nothing at all.

Did you note that much like the contract that put out absolutely nothing about the ER program they are proposing. Why exactly is that a secret?

And what has the company put out so far, exactly?

It’s an old strategy (or ‘stratedgy’, if you want to use a gloopyism), make a lot of noise to cover up the lack of results.
I believe (opinion) that both sides have painted themselves into a corner, each unwilling to propose an action to the other for fear of a very public snub, and, in our Association’s case, a shouty email to the members reassuring them how tough they are and how they shut the company down again, and if they agree to practically anything they feel that they will appear weak. And the wheel turns, and we get no results. In my opinion, again, an opinion, this situation started with the regime change that occurred after TA2. A wave of discontent and very good politicking swept the tough guys in, running on a platform of anger and mistrust, and most damagingly, the opinion that saying ‘no’ to everything is somehow a gain.
You’ve been here a while, like me. What happened to the company and the Association working together for mutual gains? Don’t say it never happened. Why did Delta historically have the best contracts in the industry? Why now have we seen no mid-contract gains, little or no progress in section 6, and no meaningful gains (or even dialog) during this upheaval? What has changed?

My evidence to the contrary is the lack of results.
