Nicely out together site for UAL.

I’ve been told by people that there half the information is incorrect. So yeah, “nicely put together.”

Hey when their ALPA is hamstrung by NDAs and hasn’t been able to put out anything it’s left to pilots to critically think. As I hope we will. Side with the company. It has worked so well in the past!

ummmm, ok. That didn’t stop the VEOP without it going MEMRAT. What makes you think it’ll be different this time? Hint: it won’t be.

Depends if 2/3rds again vote to sidestep the intent of the PM. It’s in there to protect us. Just like I expect the company to live up to their end of the PWA, I expect the MEC to follow policy. Point is, the intent of the policy is for memrat.

Nothing I said indicates I’m siding with the company. I said the United website contains false information. And I believe in educating myself properly.

Now that the MEC has confirmed it's looking at "at temporary modifications to the contract", I'd like to know more details on this group. How many are still in the Guard or Reserves? What's the age breakdown? How many have families? Now that the camel has a nose underneath the tent this is important information when considering any modification to the PWA.

I know this was asked a few days ago but I did look up the age demographics of everyone hired on or after 9/25/2017

Over 40 on 1/1/2021- 561
35-39 on 1/1/2021- 599
30-34 on 1/1/2021- 384
under 30 on 1/1/2021- 177

TL;DR most in the furlough range are 35 or over, no idea on family or guard/reserve activity

I couldn’t agree more. I don’t take anything at face value. It’s unfortunate since we pay a lot of money to ALPA. I just want unbiased information to make a decision. If I don’t have it then I want our PWA to stand as it is.

So the majority are not whining entitled millenials like the DZ guys want everyone to think. Almost as if they had no idea what they were talking about, once again...
