Prepare Yourselves... 2021 AEs

after all Ed’s union busting, optimizer 6.9, MOAD, UNA BS, general personnel mismanagement, and blaming pilots for all their F ups..... they better bring something good. Or just put me in the forever no column. Fix scope. Pay raise with retro. Another week of vaca. Vaca is 5:15 per day. Training pays hours we are there (that’s 6 per day for recurrent). Pos space commuting. That would be a good start... I’m sure I’m missing a lot.

To save people from going to go look for them, they all start with a late night departure to DTW, medium length turn on the ground, then fly a morning departure at ATL then layover. No deadheading.

there were quite a few of these a couple years ago...LAX-BOS...sit 2 hours, deadhead to FLL or RSW for a day layover...fly that night. I think people were fatiguing out before the trip even started...

It would be based on your current category but since we got a big improvement and now keep our vacations when converting it should not matter.

Anyone else think they'll double train some affected pilots going back to widebody with so many bids and TOE delays to just get everyone on the line ASAP. Supposedly some people are saying they see this being the only solution. I guess if they did a big convert and trained out of order, that would make the most sense and probably save the most money. Hard to get any Intel

Add transportation to the training center for west coast pilots with double E sim periods for recurrent. The move from the Holiday Inn North to the new “safe” hotels has resulted in no shuttle at 3AM to get back to the hotel. And for all west coast pilots on the 320, your choices for recurrent will be nothing but double E periods for the “foreseeable” future. This **** is getting old fast.

I would have taken a cab and expensed it to the company.
