No, you aren’t. Anyone who has read your posts, since you created this account less than a month ago, has seen you do nothing more than advocate to be brought up to mainline. Somehow, some way, ANY way. You are a troll and everyone here knows it.
If you really believe a merger won’t happen, why post at all? This whole discussion is moot. A merged SL won’t happen, and all it does is rile up both pilot groups for no reason.

Scope never should have been given away in the first place. Go read my other posts, I want tighter scope. I'm not eager about supporting our TA BECAUSE it is tied to scope.
This doesn't mean we need to accept being subjugated to the bottom of a combined list when many of our pilots have given decades of service to Northwest and now Delta. I'm not asking for DOH or relative seniority since that would be completely unreasonable but a staple would not be fair either.

I can go on but I assume you guys get the point.
It cracks me up that these myths keep getting perpetuated - anyone who was around since the early 90s knows exactly what happened. In the Pre-RJ days there was no scope - zero, NADA, zilch, IIRC it didn't even start to appear in our PWA until either the 90s or possibly the late 80s and was all of few sentences long. AAL flew Fokkers, connection carriers flew that 4 engine mini jet looking thing etc. Cats and dogs were living together - real chaos.

The RJ was a game changer and no one knew how it would play out. DALPA has made many, many mistakes regarding Scope and every other issue you can think of but hindsight is 2020. Then when we knew what we were dealing with management like Dean Wormer

We can all do ourselves a favor by not repeating things just because we heard other people spout them.
Sailing can probably add greatly to this topic to help educate some of the younger guys.

It was f'd up cause pinnacle wanted a 1 year for every 3 mesaba had the contract, doh was identical and would have been seemless. We all know Colgan got the benefit in the merger 3 year guys placed next to there 12-15 year guys. Meanwhile mesaba lost their flow due to a terrible mec who got in a ****ing match with mainline over whiners who thought they were owed delta after they told nwa no. We can thank MN for that lost 4years, 7 figures in wages, qol and West coast left seat

go dig out your feel sorry for me orange lanyard and sit in the crew room and complain. You aren't owed a thing and are not on par with Mainline. That's why you work your way up. But I guess Embry Riddle told you you'd be a widebody captain I'm five years and believe it's owed you now. Go back to you threads

All I’m saying is that in the event of a DL/9E merger we should not accept a staple. That would be selling ourselves short

Our #1 would end up somewhere around 75% seniority on your list. There would also most likely be 5 year fences so junior Delta pilots wouldn’t steal all the captain spots from our guys immediately.
