What is wrong with a staple? Put a 3-5 year fence, problem solved. Keeping seniority while moving into another ALPA carrier is a pipe dream and delusional at best.

McCaskill-Bond only applies the Allegheny Mohawk LPPs to mergers with different unions or non union groups involved. If we merged with Delta we would use ALPA merger policy. As I previously mentioned if our MEC made a backroom deal that stapled us to the bottom of the list I would be one of the first to join a DFR lawsuit against ALPA

Serious question, what do you expect to happen then? Where does your #1 pilot go on an integrated seniority list?

How am I trolling? I’m simply suggesting a merger will not happen. I went through that with ASA and it was a disaster.

You mean the pilot group that ****ed up the three way between Colgan, Pinnacle and Mesaba? That pilot group? Until you’ve been through a merger yourself, save it.

No, you aren’t. Anyone who has read your posts, since you created this account less than a month ago, has seen you do nothing more than advocate to be brought up to mainline. Somehow, some way, ANY way. You are a troll and everyone here knows it.

If you really believe a merger won’t happen, why post at all? This whole discussion is moot. A merged SL won’t happen, and all it does is rile up both pilot groups for no reason.
