35 Large RJs coming back?

If it moves in that direction, I'll let my reps know what I think, walk a picket line if necessary, always and always "fly the contract", but one thing is absolutely certain:
I'm not going to let any merger, or staple, or "unfair" arbitration list define my happiness. You know the type. Droning on and on from the left seat about how they got screwed about some list integration 20 years ago. Cost them their 3rd wife and second beach house.
Life's too short, it's all a crapshoot anyway. Control what you can (very little), learn to live with what you can't (damn near everything).

It was f'd up cause pinnacle wanted a 1 year for every 3 mesaba had the contract, doh was identical and would have been seemless. We all know Colgan got the benefit in the merger 3 year guys placed next to there 12-15 year guys. Meanwhile mesaba lost their flow due to a terrible mec who got in a ****ing match with mainline over whiners who thought they were owed delta after they told nwa no. We can thank MN for that lost 4years, 7 figures in wages, qol and West coast left seat

A lot of these regionals have grown to be too dam big ,just because of cheaper labor costs .
I shake my head when I see guys getting a woodie when xyz regional gets more planes blah blah blah .
That only slows career progression for everyone.

Bottom line is the more rjs flying around the less mainline jobs there are .

....and I only say some because I don’t see this thing playing out long enough to get a flow for all.

Not that I really care but don't you see it as a hard win? The language is pretty clear that Delta can substitute any other carrier for a flow down to place. Anyways if ALPA wins the case, the planes have to fly. Delta just lost Billions of dollars. It's clear that grounding the airplanes is not the best business decision for the company nor the pilots. It's a toss up, but really no harm was done to the Delta pilots, the deal of LOA just found a new home. Like carry on already.
