I was NYC320 for 4 years, been NYCER the last 3 months. It’s night and day difference. I cannot believe people would bid the 320/73/220 over the ER Unless they need to be slightly more senior fast. It’s an entirely different airline. Best flying in the system period.

Not true. If you don’t have a seat lock your seat lock from Er to 400 is 9 months. (So you are seatlocked to the 400 for 9 months)

If you are seat locked you won’t be awarded it.

There’s a couple people that have posted on here that they had a seat lock from going to the ER last April (2020) that got the 765 In Feb 2021. It’s a thing.

then it’s the company waving the seat lock and has nothing to do with 9 months.
