I was NYC320 for 4 years, been NYCER the last 3 months. It’s night and day difference. I cannot believe people would bid the 320/73/220 over the ER Unless they need to be slightly more senior fast. It’s an entirely different airline. Best flying in the system period.

Only reason the 73N are all the EWR reports; saves me considerable time/gas/tolls. That and the seniority you mentioned (Caribbean layovers, weekends off etc).

If you are seat locked you won’t be awarded it.

Well, you'll be on reserve on both for a bit (obviously longer on the 765). The trips and reports and layovers should be better on the 765. If you don't like the 765,I THINK you and bid down to the 7ER in 8 months with no training. Other peeps can verify this. So, kinda a no lose proposition. IMO

If I could sleep like a normal person on the road, the ER would be my first choice. Bring on the heavy RJ flying baby!

There’s a couple people that have posted on here that they had a seat lock from going to the ER last April (2020) that got the 765 In Feb 2021. It’s a thing.
