New Hire Class Drops
#2971
Assume you mean the class starting on the 18th?
They have a couple options…
1. Company could use the old positions pre AE and offer positions ahead of the start date.
2. Company could offer positions post AE and they won’t find base/equipment out until after class starts

Thank you all for the Information. My social is closer to 0000 hopefully that’s good and you said NYC oh lord lol 😂. I assume base can be changed eventually. I have family in Atlanta wouldn’t be a hard commute. But lastly any tips for the application process. I know delta is pretty strict and thorough.

Tip for the app: Delta pretty much exclusively utilizes your application for the HR portion of the interview. The only people who received the “TBNT” in my interview group had issues with their application. This is a multi-million dollar career. Pay a few hundred up front to have your application professionally reviewed and audited. I recommend Raven, they’re extremely thorough.

Not having an app review is basically a guarantee to not get a call. I’m happy to write recs for friends, but the first thing I ask is if they’ve done a review. If they haven’t, there’s no point, they could have 500 recs but likely some glaring error. I always offer to give their app a quick once over myself.

One tip to very quickly check your app for errors: go to the end on Airlineapps where you can make a document copy of your entire application. Copy the entire document and paste it onto an empty Word file. You'll be able to check for grammatical errors efficiently just scrolling and looking for that dreaded squiggly line.
