That’s 1,608 open positions (using numbers posted above). If the company intends to hire 2400 this year, we’ll need another AE at least by late summer to refresh open positions for FOs. If this indicates their intentions on hiring, it’s pretty impressive.

They usually also have an AE late March early April.

2400 is a lot more than they originally were looking to hire this year. Anyone know if there is a number management is trying to hit for total pilots on property? Looks like its close to 15k currently.

The increase in headcount is partially due to previous plans, partially due to another 700 pilots required by C19.
