Won’t know how many of each til they are awarded their positions, likely about a week before class.

VEOP plus age 65: about 2k dudes left.
Deliveries are at 34 ac this year, 32 in 2022.

If hiring is so aggressive what are these dude going to fly? Unless there is a monster order ready to be announced with super fast deliveries..

E periods already being utilized on most fleets.

Just using the numbers above we are only down net 48 aircraft with over 2K less Pilots. Seems you answered your own question.

The 320 is 5-6 weeks between the last sim and first OE rotation...and yet not much relative use of the LCPs to eat into that gap.

I've heard the issue is largely due to an inefficient 320 OE scheduler / scheduling process.

Any idea how backlogged the 320 is for IQ?

How old is that data point? I did 44X in late March, and waited approx 4 weeks; my sim partner was less than that. Have heard in the meantime they have that down to “normal”.

A couple LCPs I know said 5-6 weeks has been the running average for months.
