So yes, you get paid the entire time even if waiting for training.
which is a huge win

I was hired couple days before Red, still waiting for class date. Cisive is taking a while to clear background checks. Expect either a Mid or Late Oct start date is my guess

My social gives me a good chance at being senior in my class. 86. I really want to make a play at the ER. What are the odds it will continue to be in the class drops come early November?

In the drop somewhere? Basically 100% chance. Also extremely high odds that the only base it will be offered is NYC.

Ive accepted my future is New York. If I’m going to commute for a bit, might as well fly a cool plane for a bit. Then after a year or two be senior enough to come home on a different plane.

Through multiple recent hires I know on different fleets. One to two AEs (so 2 months) to be awarded. Then you are looking at 2-3 months after that before you convert to Atlanta. So 4‐6 months (ish) from day one on property if you are a new hire. Then again, a large bid could come out and be faster. Best of luck and welcome!

Any training backlog on the 717 currently, or is it straight from indoc to sims to OE?

Between the 220, 320, and 73N which fleet is the most junior and quickest in terms of growth and seniority movement for SEA? TIA.

I'd say the 737. Most junior is a July hire. 320 most junior is a May one. You cant go wrong with either.
