UAL guy here. We’ve had 5 classes in the past 6 weeks, each with 70-75 people. Latest from on high is “over 2000” next year.

they said they ramped up the end of this year because they’re having to manage the numbers due to hotel room availability in Denver which would limit next years original number (~2500).

That’s good for you guys, I bet we end up with around 1,000 but the higher ups are keeping it very hush hush.

It was also suppose to be 2,000-2,500 in 2024 and 2025 per United and neither forecast hit.

The hotel room theory is funny, they can't find hotel rooms? Highly doubt it. Plenty of rooms available in Denver and they'd shuttle people back and forth if absolutely needed.

They already do. They stay downtown for sims, and run a bus out to the training center.

what a concept. Staying somewhere other than a sketch area with very little around.

training/CQ would suck a lot less If we got to pick between Virginia ave, and one of our other 2 layover areas. Maybe that’s the point though, make IQ an undesirable experience to keep training churn down.
